Job summary

Medtronic Neuroscience is seeking a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to improve patient access across therapies. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify reimbursement needs, develop resources, and support programs.

The role involves analyzing performance data, driving efficiency, and contributing to readiness activities for launches and expansions. This remote US position enables virtual collaboration with no travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess reimbursement business needs, access barriers, resource gaps, and operational priorities across assigned therapies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reimbursement tools, resources, communications, and operational materials.
• Support reimbursement readiness activities for product launches, therapy expansions, program changes, integrations, and other business initiatives.
• Partner with patient access, reimbursement, and cross-functional stakeholders to create workflows, educational materials, and resources.
• Translate complex reimbursement, coverage, and payment information into clear, actionable content for internal and external audiences.
• Manage reimbursement resources throughout their lifecycle, including development, review, approval, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
• Analyze reimbursement operations data and reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and scalability initiatives using AI-enabled tools.
