Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Senior Reimbursement Analyst, Operations, to drive reimbursement readiness, develop resources, and partner with cross-functional teams. This is a US-based remote role covering Neuroscience therapies with no travel.

You will analyze payer data, create workflows and educational materials, and push standardization and automation, including AI-enabled tools, to improve patient access and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Experience in reimbursement, market access, patient access, healthcare payer/provider operations, or related healthcare functions.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assess reimbursement needs and operational priorities across therapies.
• Develop and maintain reimbursement tools, resources, communications, and materials.
• Support reimbursement readiness activities for product launches, therapy expansions, program changes, and integrations.
• Translate complex reimbursement, coverage, and payment information into clear, actionable content for internal and external audiences.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and scalability initiatives, including AI-enabled tools.
