Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. reimbursement, coding, coverage, and payer operations is preferred.
• Experience developing resources, materials, or educational content for healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess reimbursement needs, barriers, and priorities across therapies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reimbursement tools and resources for internal teams and providers.
• Support readiness activities for launches, expansions, and program changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to create workflows and educational materials.
• Translate complex reimbursement information into clear content for audiences.
• Manage resources through their lifecycle from development to retirement.
• Analyze reimbursement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive standardization, automation, and scalability including AI-enabled tools.
