Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to help expand patient access for Pain Interventions HEPR in the United States and select global markets. You will partner with product, marketing, field teams, and health-economic specialists to translate policy, coding, and payer requirements into actionable guidance that supports launches and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Understanding of US reimbursement processes, coding, coverage and payer dynamics.
• Experience with medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Ability to translate complex information for non-experts with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess reimbursement needs, risks, and opportunities for new and legacy products.
• Advise on product strategy, indications, and evidence needs with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate reimbursement environments in US and global geographies to support launches.
• Address coding, coverage, and payment issues; provide timely internal support.
• Analyze Medicare policies and payer changes; communicate implications clearly.
• Draft comments for CMS and payers; identify access opportunities.
• Create reimbursement trainings for sales, clinicians, and billing staff.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable content.
• Develop internal and external reimbursement communications and tools.
• Leverage approved AI tools to improve research and drafting while safeguarding data.
• Maintain high attention to detail in reviewing reimbursement data and deliverables.
