Symbria Rehab is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to coordinate staffing for rehab communities across the Ohio region. The role emphasizes identifying staffing needs, maintaining schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage while managing costs.

You will work closely with program managers, therapists, and HR to align staffing with daily and long-term goals. The position offers a remote work schedule with flexible hours in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily staffing coverage at assigned communities, coordinating with program managers and therapists.
• Maintain Therapist Placement Database, Weekly Schedule Log, and related schedules.
• Lead staffing communications and calls; support onboarding processes.
• Coordinate HR liaison for regional hires and review schedules with contract therapists.
• Problem-solve to optimize staffing and control overtime costs.
