Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1 year of health care experience preferred.
• Office management or office administration experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills to effectively maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
• Requires creativity as well as the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and therapist scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor census and therapy programs changes.
• Attend meetings and independently represent therapy department.
• Prepare monthly therapy statistics related to labor and provision.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with month end billing reconciliation procedures.
• Answer phones and manage patient records in a professional manner.
• Travel as required.
