Job summary

Recover Together is seeking a Centralized Scheduling Coordinator to support staffing across multiple groups. You will track daily staff activity, forecast schedules, and coordinate backfills to maintain clinical coverage and service levels in a remote-capable role.

You must be able to work under pressure, communicate changes promptly, and use scheduling software and Google Workspace to keep schedules aligned with member needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing scheduling for a large scale organization.
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services, with strong WiFi signal for remote work.
• Experience utilizing scheduling software/tools.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and related tools.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track daily staff activity and productivity.
• Forecast and approve daily schedules to align with member needs (group therapy sessions).
• Resolve staffing gaps across skill sets and address technical issues as needed.
• Maintain strong organization, time management, and urgency.
• Coordinate with Centralized Scheduling Manager to meet real-time scheduling needs.
• Monitor daily scheduling emails and ensure coverage for all groups.
