Job summary

Creative-Health-Solutions, LL is seeking a Rehab Coordinator to manage administrative and operational coordination of therapy services under the Rehab Director. You will schedule patients and therapists, map treatment minutes daily, and oversee staffing and labor hour decisions.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Evening/weekend hours and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains awareness of patient census and therapy programs changes.
• Understands current reimbursement models and treatment service guidelines.
• Represents therapy in assigned meetings and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Runs and analyzes reports; compiles monthly therapy statistics related to labor and treatment provision.
