Responsibilities

• Build and optimize legal processes using AI and low-code tools.
• Handle filings, deadlines, and audits with accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and new questions.
• Investigate escalations, fix root causes, and train teams for compliance.
• Review products and processes for compliance risk and work with Engineering to fix issues.
• Lead audits and ensure deadlines and cross-functional projects stay on track.
