Jerry.ai is seeking a hands-on Legal Operations leader to own end-to-end projects, build scalable workflows, and drive compliance across a fast-growing startup. You will partner with the Legal Counsel, optimize filings and audits, and push automation to replace repetitive tasks with intelligent workflows.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment while expanding real-world legal operations using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program, with a record of high performance.
• A track record of owning projects from start to finish and solving problems without being told how, at school, at work, or on your own.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate optimized legal processes using AI and low-code tools.
• Handle recurring filings, deadlines, and audits exactly right.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and other projects.
• Investigate escalations, root cause, and turn recurring issues into training.
• Review products and processes for compliance risk and user friction, then work with Engineering and Product to fix underlying issues.
• Lead audits across operations and monitor high‑risk areas.
• Automate manual tasks after first repetition to prevent rework.
• Ensure regulatory filings and audits stay on schedule.
