Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a proactive Legal Operations lead who can own projects end-to-end and drive process improvements using AI and low-code tools. The role collaborates with our Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams to ensure filings, audits, and contract reviews are done accurately and on schedule.

You'll transform repetitive tasks, implement scalable workflows, and raise compliance across the company as Jerry expands its AI-powered advisory offerings across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with a record of high performance.
• Proven ability to own projects from inception to completion and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Automate recurring legal tasks using AI and low-code tools.
• Support legal research, contract reviews, and other substantive projects with the Legal Counsel.
• Lead audits and regulatory filings with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify root causes of escalations and implement scalable compliance training.
