Jerry.ai is seeking a proactive Legal Operations professional to own and optimize core legal processes across the US and Canada. You will lead projects end-to-end, leverage AI and low-code tools, and partner with our Legal Counsel to scale a small, high-impact team.

The role requires sharp problem solving, meticulous compliance oversight, and the grit to thrive in a startup. You’ll handle filings, audits, contract reviews, and turn recurring challenges into automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with a record of high performance.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish and solving problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Optimize legal processes using AI and low-code tools.
• Handle filings, deadlines, and audits with precision.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and other projects.
• Investigate escalations and convert recurring issues into training.
• Review products and processes for compliance risk and work with Eng/Product to fix issues.
• Lead audits across operations and ensure deadlines are met.
