You will partner with the Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, timely filings, and efficient audits while scaling our growing AI-enabled platform.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and a startup-driven mindset, with opportunities to shape how we manage legal workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a rigorous program.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish and solving problems without instruction.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize legal processes and workflows with a focus on automation.
• Handle filings, deadlines, and audits with accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams to address legal questions and projects.
• Investigate escalations, identify root causes, and translate learnings into training and compliance improvements.
• Review products and processes for regulatory risk and user friction, then drive fixes with Engineering and Product.
• Lead audits across operations and ensure deadlines and dependencies are met.
