Jerry.ai is seeking a proactive legal operations professional to own end-to-end projects, optimize processes with AI and low-code tools, and lead audits and regulatory filings with precision. You will collaborate with our Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams to scale a fast-growing startup across the US and Canada.

You will drive automation of repetitive tasks, implement compliant workflows, and support research and contract reviews as new questions arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from academically rigorous program.
• Track record of owning projects start to finish.
• Ability to solve problems without explicit instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize legal processes using AI and low-code tools.
• Manage filings, deadlines and audits with exact accuracy.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel across projects from start to finish.
• Automate recurring tasks and create compliant workflows.
• Research legal questions and review contracts with the team.
