Jerry.ai, a US-based AI-driven insurance and asset management company, seeks a proactive Legal Operations lead. You will own projects end-to-end, optimize filings, deadlines, and audits, and collaborate with leadership to automate tasks using AI and low-code tools.

The role reports to the Legal Counsel and touches every corner of the team’s work. Candidates should demonstrate ownership of complex initiatives, startup grit, and the ability to drive compliance across products and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish and solving problems without being told how.

Responsibilities

• Streamline and operate core legal processes.
• Handle filings, deadlines, and audits with precision.
• Learn from leaders with backgrounds at Amazon, Better, LinkedIn, McKinsey, BCG, Bain.
• Drive promotion through performance and ownership.
• Use AI and low-code tools to automate routine legal tasks.
• Partner with Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and new questions.
• Investigate escalations, identify root causes, and create training to prevent repeats.
• Review products for compliance risk and work with Engineering/Product to fix issues.
• Lead audits across operations and monitor high-risk areas.
