Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a proactive Legal Operations professional to own end-to-end processes and scale our legal workflows across the US and Canada. You will leverage AI and low-code tools to automate routine tasks, manage filings and audits, and drive consistent compliance across the organization.

You will report to our Legal Counsel, partner with Engineering and Product, and lead initiatives from conception to completion while reducing risk and operational friction in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an academically rigorous program.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish and solving problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize legal processes using AI and low-code tools.
• Manage filings, deadlines, and audits with precision and repetition.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and projects as issues arise.
• Investigate escalations to root cause and convert recurring issues into training for teams.
