Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a results-driven Legal Operations lead to build and optimize core legal processes across the US and Canada. You’ll own projects end-to-end, implement AI and low-code workflows, and partner with our Legal Counsel on research, reviews, and compliance initiatives.

In a startup environment, you’ll champion automation, drive recurring filings, deadlines, and audits, and help scale a small team to deliver big impact, with opportunities for equity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of owning projects from start to finish.
• Ability to solve problems independently in a startup setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate core legal processes and workflows.
• Handle recurring filings, deadlines, and audits with exactness.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on legal research and contract reviews.
• Use AI and low-code tools to automate manual tasks.
• Investigate escalations and convert learnings into compliance training.
• Review products for compliance risk and work with Eng/Prod to fix issues.
• Lead audits across operations and ensure accountability.
• Develop automation strategies for repeat tasks.
