Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Mgr, Regulatory Labeling & Industry Engagement to lead the Regulatory Labeling Team and manage North American labeling compliance while representing Nutrien at industry associations. This role demands strong leadership and deep knowledge of labeling regulations and stakeholder engagement.

You will drive process improvements, manage large labeling projects, collaborate with Legal, Government & Industry Affairs, Audit, and cross-functional teams, and travel up to 15% in North

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Science, Agronomy, Product Stewardship or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in U.S. product registration (agricultural) for crop inputs
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisor or manager leadership role
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. labeling requirements, proofreading and error correction
• Proven experience leading a team to achieve results
• Ability to travel 5–15% in North America

Responsibilities

• Lead the labeling team to develop, maintain and ensure compliance of all Nutrien product labels
• Provide coaching to develop team members and foster autonomy and accountability
• Develop internal policies and procedures for labeling compliance
• Improve processes for digitalization and audit tracking of label creation and review
• Own large labeling projects including EPA Spanish labeling requirements and major marketing changes
• Coordinate labeling audits with Internal Audit and Regulatory teams
• Engage with industry associations and represent Nutrien's interests
• Monitor regulations affecting Nutrien's products and maintain engagement trackers
• Collaborate with Legal, Environmental, Government & Industry Affairs and other stakeholders
