Job summary

Nutrien seeks a mid-senior leader to head Regulatory Labeling and Industry Engagement in North America. This people leader will oversee labeling regulatory compliance, guide a team, and represent Nutrien at industry associations.

You will manage labeling projects, collaborate with Legal, Environmental, and Government & Industry Affairs, drive digitalization and audit tracking, monitor evolving regulations, and travel 5-15% in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biological or Environmental Science, Agronomy, Product Stewardship or related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in U.S. product registration (agricultural) for crop inputs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisor or manager leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. labeling requirements, proofreading labels, locating errors, and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the team responsible for development, maintenance, and compliance of all Nutrien product labels.
• Lead by example, coach to develop employees and foster autonomy and accountability.
• Develop and refine internal labeling policies and procedures for compliance.
• Coordinate self-assessment and audit activities related to labeling.
