Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Mid‑Senior Regulatory Labeling & Industry Engagement leader to guide a team responsible for labeling compliance and regulatory interactions across North America. This role drives internal policy development and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure accurate labeling and strong industry advocacy.

You will manage major labeling projects, coordinate with internal Audit, Legal, and Government & Industry Affairs, and represent Nutrien at industry associations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field is required.
• 8+ years of U.S. agricultural product registration experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. labeling requirements and proofreading.
• Proven leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regulatory Labeling Team and industry engagement strategy.
• Oversee labeling compliance, policy development, and digitalization efforts.
• Manage large labeling projects and coordinate internal audits.
• Represent Nutrien at industry associations and with regulators.
• Track evolving regulations and maintain engagement trackers.
• Drive safety culture and contribute to knowledge management systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Biological or Environmental Science/Agronomy/Product Stewardship or related field

8+ years US product registration experience (agricultural)

2+ years supervisory/manager experience

Strong regulatory labeling knowledge and proofreading skills

Leadership through influence and cross-functional collaboration
