Job summary

Nutrien is hiring for a senior role focused on regulatory labeling and industry engagement. The position leads a team responsible for labeling compliance across North America, while representing Nutrien at industry association events and committees.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and project management, with travel up to 15%. We seek candidates with extensive U.S. product registration experience and a track record of collaboration with regulators and trade groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biological or Environmental Science, Agronomy, Product Stewardship or related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in U.S. product registration (agricultural) for crop inputs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisor or manager leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. labeling requirements and ability to proof-read labels for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regulatory Labeling Team and oversee industry engagement.
• Develop and refine labeling compliance policies and procedures.
• Drive digitalization and audit tracking for label creation and review.
• Own large labeling projects including EPA Spanish labeling requirements or major graphics changes.
• Coordinate audits and self-assessments with Internal Audit and Regulatory teams.
• Collaborate with Government & Industry Affairs, Legal, and other stakeholders.
