Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Mgr, Regulatory Labeling & Industry Engagement to lead the Regulatory Labeling Team and oversee industry engagement across North America. This role combines labeling compliance with active representation at industry associations.

You will guide labeling development, coach staff, drive digitalization, coordinate audits, and manage major regulatory projects while collaborating with Legal, Government & Industry Affairs, and Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biological or Environmental Science, Agronomy, Product Stewardship or related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in U.S. product registration (agricultural) for crop inputs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisor or manager leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. labeling requirements, proofreading labels, and implementing solutions.
• Proven experience leading a team to achieve results.
• Ability to travel 5% to 15% in North America.
• MSc or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Regulatory Labeling Team and oversee industry engagement.
• Guide labeling development, maintenance, and compliance across Nutrien products.
• Drive digitalization and audit tracking for label creation and review.
• Manage large labeling projects and regulatory changes with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate audits with Internal Audit and Regulatory teams.
• Represent Nutrien at industry associations and lead engagement strategy.
• Collaborate with Government & Industry Affairs, Legal, and others on engagement activities.
• Monitor evolving regulations and maintain industry engagement trackers.
• Support knowledge management for labeling and automation opportunities.
