Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Mgr, Regulatory Labeling & Industry Engagement to lead the Regulatory Labeling Team and oversee industry engagement across North America. This role drives labeling compliance, interacts with regulators and industry associations, and leads digitalization initiatives.

The position requires deep expertise in U.S. labeling rules, 8+ years in product registration, and 2+ years in leadership, with travel up to 15% in North America.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in U.S. product registration (agricultural) for crop inputs.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisor or manager role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. labeling requirements and proofreading labels.
  • Proven experience leading teams and interacting with regulators.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support the labeling team for development, maintenance and compliance of all Nutrien product labels.
  • Lead by example, coach staff, and drive autonomy and accountability.
  • Develop internal labeling policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Improve processes for digitalization and audit tracking of label creation and review.
  • Own major labeling projects including EPA Spanish labeling requirements and major graphics changes.
  • Coordinate internal audits related to labeling with Internal Audit and Regulatory teams.
  • Foster a safety and compliance culture within labeling operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree
MSc or PhD preferred
