NHE, Inc. seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to assist in developing and monitoring company policies related to property management, compliance training, and special projects for the Affordable Property Management team.

Travel and use of vehicle are required; candidate must reside within SC or NC footprint. The role supports the VP of Affordable Property Management, Director of Compliance and Regional Property Managers, with regulatory reviews, HUD and LIHTC compliance, and preparation of

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in HUD, Rural Development, LIHTC and HOME programs.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at multiple levels.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Assist Director of Compliance and Regional Property Manager with staff training.
• Monitor regulatory compliance across HUD, LIHTC, HOME programs and industry rules.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulators and owners.
• Coordinate on-site inspections and respond to compliance findings.
• Act as on-site Community Manager when required and supervise staff temporarily.
