Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• 5 years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU) preferred.
• Analytical skills and ability to present complex clinical data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools; familiarity with data reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, data analysis, and reporting for system strategic projects.
• Oversee registry compliance with state and federal regulations and accrediting bodies.
• Develop and implement interoperability and validation processes for data abstraction and submission.
• Coordinate nationwide registry operations to ensure data quality and timely reporting.
• Lead process improvements and audits for inter-rater reliability and data accuracy.
