Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field.
• Three years in quality/abstraction/registry with one year in supervision.
• Experience in healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, data analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate registry compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Oversee data collection and submission to CMS, payor, and accreditation entities.
• Develop interoperability and data validation processes.
• Support site inspections and national accreditations.
