The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, 3+ years in quality/registry with leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in data quality, data management, and presentation.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and accreditation standards by the various agencies applicable to data abstraction and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to synthesize, analyze, and report internal and external data for system-wide quality projects.
• Oversees registry compliance with state/federal requirements and accreditation standards.
• Manages data submission to CMS, Payor, and national databases with accuracy and timeliness.
