Responsibilities

• Ensures operational efficiency, processes documentation and risk management.
• Facilitates submission of institutional data to government agencies and boards.
• Oversees system testing during platform upgrades and business process changes.
• Interprets policy and assists stakeholders in problem resolution including escalations.
