Prolific is seeking Registered Nurses to help train and evaluate AI models. You will review clinical scenarios, rate responses for accuracy and safety, and create feedback to improve models. Successful candidates join as Domain Expert participants and can work from home, with researchers paying up to $65/hr per task.

A short screener is required to join the Expert Network. Applicants must maintain an active nursing license, have recent clinical experience, and be prepared for one-hour

Qualifications

• Verified status as a registered nurse with current license/registration
• Recent clinical experience and ability to evaluate clinical reasoning
• Strong attention to detail and focus on complex tasks for up to one hour

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical scenarios and rate accuracy, appropriateness, safety, and reasoning
• Compare model answers and justify best response
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or feedback for model learning
