Job summary

Prolific is seeking Registered Nurses to train and evaluate AI models. If successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a Domain Expert participant, where you’ll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models.

Researchers paying up to $65/hr per task; one hour tasks common, with many shorter tasks. Requirements include verified nursing license and recent clinical experience; you’ll complete a screener to join the Domain Expert pool and must have a reliable internet connection and PayPal

Qualifications

• Verified status as a registered nurse (current license/registration in good standing; board certification or equivalent where applicable).
• Recent clinical experience and comfort in evaluating clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join the Domain Expert pool.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
