Pay is competitive, up to $65/hr, with tasks that may require about an hour of uninterrupted work and the option to work from home.

You’ll review scenarios, rate accuracy and safety, and provide feedback to help models learn.

Qualifications

• Must hold current nursing license/registration in good standing.
• Recent clinical experience and ability to evaluate clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a screener to join our expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for up to one hour.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare model answers and justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback for models.
