Job summary

Prolific is seeking Registered Nurses to train and evaluate AI models. You will undergo a quick skills test and, if successful, join as a Domain Expert to be paid for AI tasks. Tasks pay up to $65/hr and require an hour of uninterrupted work for many tasks.

Applicants must be a verified registered nurse with current licensure, possess reliable internet, and be comfortable completing a screener to join our Expert Network. Remote work and self-employment are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current license/registration in good standing
• Recent clinical experience and ability to evaluate clinical reasoning
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join the pool
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for up to one hour

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them on accuracy, appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality
• Compare model answers and justify the best response
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback for model learning
