Job summary

Prolific is seeking Registered Nurses to help train and evaluate AI models. You’ll complete paid tasks with one-hour uninterrupted work sessions and earn up to $65 per hour.

As a Domain Expert, you’ll review AI-generated clinical scenarios, rate accuracy and safety, and contribute improved exemplars. This remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to impact AI research from home.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a registered nurse with current license.
• Recent clinical experience.
• Willingness to complete screener to join domain expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail for complex tasks up to one hour.
• Reliable, fast internet connection and computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings (self-employed).
• PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
