Transamerica Retirement Solutions is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead the sale of qualified retirement plans across Ohio and Kentucky, collaborating with financial intermediaries.

You will build advisor networks, sponsor relationships, and drive new business through targeted campaigns while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales experience in the retirement plan industry.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.
• Life and Health license.
• In-depth understanding of ERISA and retirement markets.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a high-volume territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients within and beyond the assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
• Develop a network of advisors, consultants, and other third party intermediaries focused on retirement.
• Develop plan sponsor relationships through direct meetings with key contacts.
• Participate in proactive marketing campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
• Manage a territory of target prospects and track progress.
