Salesloft, a leading provider of Predictive Revenue System, is seeking a Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the United States, leading the Enterprise Account Executive team to achieve budgeted revenue and KPI targets.

You'll coach and develop high-performing AE teams, collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations and Product, and drive quota attainment while scaling enterprise presence in a fast-growth SaaS environment.

• Led new logo enterprise sales teams in a SaaS environment for 5+ years.
• Built and motivated enterprise sales teams that grew pipeline and hit revenue targets.
• Achieved and exceeded revenue targets, guiding teams through complex sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and manage your team of Enterprise Account Executives to quota and booking targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations and Product to deliver against revenue and KPI goals.
• Raise team productivity and efficiency through innovation, new technologies, skill training and process improvements.
