Job summary

Oncourse Home Solutions, also operated as American Water Resources, is seeking a Regional Field Operations Recruiter to identify and engage residential trades contractors across a 10–12 state territory. This remote role involves travel about 30% to meet prospects and support recruitment.

You will evaluate contractor qualifications, lead rate negotiations, and coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting and/or managing third party contractors.
• 3+ years in residential trades such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.
• Experience in residential trades recruitment and contractor onboarding.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiating, and relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit prospective residential trades contractors.
• Evaluate provider businesses for suitability and capacity.
• Lead rate negotiations and set service expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and credential verification.
• Maintain records of recruitment activities and pipelines.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Represent the organization at meetings and industry events.
