Job summary

Oncourse Home Solutions, also operated as American Water Resources, is seeking a Regional Field Operations Recruiter to identify and engage residential trades contractors within a 10–12 state territory. The role requires evaluating provider suitability, negotiating rates, and guiding onboarding while traveling about 30% of the time.

Although remote, candidates in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana are preferred. You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely contractor

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting and/or managing third party contractors.
• 3+ years prior trade experience in plumbing, heating, electrical, or similar environments.
• Residential trades experience preferred, including plumbing/HVAC/electrical.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit residential trades contractors within the assigned territory.
• Evaluate provider suitability, capacity, and alignment with program standards.
• Lead rate negotiations and discuss service expectations with providers.
• Assist onboarding, including compliance docs and credential verification.
• Maintain records of recruitment activities and onboarding progress.
