Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience with a track record of achieving goals in a technical environment.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region as required (up to 70%).
• Experience using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive growth.
• Support development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base within the territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback; report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, and Operations to maximize sales opportunities.
• Travel up to 70% as needed and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
