Job summary

Marmon Industrial Energy and Infrastructure is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to develop and maintain deep knowledge of Marmon IEI's value proposition and offerings. You will identify customer needs, build relationships, and coordinate resources to drive profitable growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel up to 70% within the assigned region and collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, and Operations to maximize sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience in a technical sales environment with a track record of achieving goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
