Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Regional Talent Partner to manage full lifecycle recruitment across the Eastern and Central time zones, with remote work within the U.S. This role partners with regional leaders to fill critical roles for foster care, adoption, and refugee programs, aligning with our faith-based mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or communications.
• At least 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• At least 4 years of social work experience in a child welfare agency preferred.
• Ability to facilitate behavioral-based interviews.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving in the U.S.
• Must pass MVR check and background screenings.
• Faith alignment with agency statements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned region to conduct full lifecycle recruiting based on hiring needs.
• Provide coverage in the event of RTP Manager absence as needed.
• Collaborate with Talent Leaders on project management and onboarding.
• Continuously improve Bethany’s job postings across job boards.
• Assist hiring managers with candidate search strategy and outreach.
• Source and screen resumes through the ATS to identify top candidates.
• Develop candidate pipelines for strategic positions within the organization.
• Screen and source talent for new programs or contracts with Branch Directors.
• Onboard new hires in the HRIS system and ensure smooth handoff to the hiring manager.
