Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Regional Talent Partner to drive full life cycle recruiting across assigned regions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs, source top candidates, and maintain a robust pipeline to fill critical roles.

The role requires residence in Eastern or Central Time Zone, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and 3+ years of recruiting experience, plus a preference for 4+ years in child welfare-related social work. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience performing the full life cycle of recruiting.
• 4 years of social work experience in a child welfare agency preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and meet MVR screening.

Aufgaben

• Partner with assigned region to conduct the full life cycle of recruiting based on needs of the hiring manager.
• Provide coverage in the event of RTP Manager absence as appropriate.
• Source and screen resumes and applications through the ATS to recommend top candidates.
• Develop candidate pipelines for strategic positions within the organization.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires in the HRIS system and assist with orientation.
