Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Regional Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for administrative, program, and operations roles across the U.S. You will develop recruitment strategies, train leaders, and build talent pipelines while collaborating with program and HQ leadership.

The role requires at least 6 years in recruiting, 2+ years of supervision, and a passion for customer service and faith-driven mission alignment. Occasional travel and event representation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent field.
• At least 6 years in full life-cycle recruiting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year in corporate recruitment.
• Experience with behavioral-based interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-level and specialized roles.
• Develop and drive strategy for corporate recruitment initiatives.
• Train leaders in Talent Selection.
• Provide project management support with Talent Leaders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for leadership roles.
