Formación

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Drive regional hiring results across assigned region.
• Monitor staffing levels, open positions, hiring forecasts, and workforce plans.
• Partner with operational leaders to address staffing challenges.
• Develop recruiting strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Roll out new recruiting initiatives and programs.
• Provide labor market insights and hiring recommendations to regional leaders.
• Report on recruiting progress, risks, and opportunities.
