Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition for the AMER region to partner with senior leaders, shape hiring strategies, and drive data-driven recruiting across technical, corporate, and leadership roles.

You will mentor recruiters, lead cross-region collaboration with EMEA and APAC, and champion AI-enabled recruiting while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing global company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Talent Acquisition experience with progressive responsibility.
• 2+ years leading recruiting initiatives or managing recruiting teams.
• Experience recruiting across multiple AMER countries.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across AMER for technical, corporate, and leadership hiring.
• Develop partnerships with senior leaders to align hiring with business priorities.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, inclusivity, and market intelligence.
• Drive recruiting projects focused on process improvement and candidate experience.
• Mentor recruiters and coordinating staff while supporting executive hiring as needed.
