Formación

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with 4+ years in public/private third‑party access or pharma sales/support
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in public/private third‑party access or pharma sales/support
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years in public/private third‑party access or pharma sales/support
• High school diploma with 12+ years in public/private third‑party access or pharma sales/support

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of Field Reimbursement Managers to achieve defined KPIs.
• Translate national priorities into regional access strategies and plans.
• Collaborate across Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, Operations.
• Ensure compliant, timely access experience for customers and patients.
