Job summary

Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a fully remote, territory-based role covering Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Northern California. You will build strong customer relationships and drive growth to meet quotas while collaborating with senior leaders and partners.

The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 annually plus a $40,000 annual commission, with expectations to exceed KPI targets and expand the dealer

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management (distributors/dealers/national accounts) in the Residential or Commercial Intrusion Security space.
• Demonstrated successful sales skills core competencies and ability to formulate sales growth strategies
• Track record of growing and acquiring new business
• Exceptional negotiation, motivational, relationship-building, and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
• Regularly interacts with senior leaders and/or customers. Interactions frequently involve negotiating with customers/management and influencing senior leaders.
• Attend industry association events and customer trade shows as directed
• Deliver effective sales and technical training to our customers/partners
• Achieve and exceed KPI’s for self and team (e.g., new customers acquisition, attachment sales, product launches)
• Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
• Analyze and report sales volume, potential sales, and expansion areas
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide competitive intelligence
• Work with Technical Trainers in the territory to ensure proper training and advanced technical support for dealers
