Job summary

Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., seeks a Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow a strong presence in the assigned Security Sales Region. You will develop customer relationships, exceed quotas, and drive KPIs across a fully remote US territory.

Responsibilities include engaging with senior leaders, conducting training for dealers, and analyzing market trends to expand the customer base. This role requires travel to support regional growth and partner programs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years sales experience in channel management within intrusion security.
• Proven ability to grow and acquire new business.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable communicating with senior leaders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Represent the region at industry events and trade shows.
• Provide training and support to customers and partners.
