Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Water Treatment to cover the western United States and all of Canada. This remote role focuses on securing contracts from municipal, private water utilities, commercial, and industrial markets within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial equipment sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle with frequent travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in Water or Wastewater treatment is preferred.
• Frequent travel and client-facing responsibilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities.
• Plan, strategize, and execute the sales plan for the assigned market.
• Own the annual sales goal for the territory.
• Own the annual pipeline growth goal for the territory.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline using Salesforce with timely updates.
• Develop territory and identify leads through relationships with Engineers, Operators, and Contractors.
• Understand wastewater treatment processes and product differentiators.
• Guide customers through discovery and position Chart as the preferred solution.
• Coordinate with Applications Engineering for proposals and pricing review.
• Communicate project status and delivery expectations to customers.
• Prepare travel plans and deliver technical presentations at events.
