Chart Industries, a Baker Hughes Company, seeks a Commercial Sales Manager in a remote US-based role. You will drive revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and lead commercial activities across municipal and industrial water markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical sales or commercial leadership in water treatment.
• Experience selling capital equipment or engineered systems in municipal/industrial markets.
• Ability to interpret water quality data and recommend treatment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Drive new business in municipal, industrial, commercial, and private utility markets.
• Own territory goals, bookings, and pipeline development.
• Build and expand relationships with engineers, municipalities, utilities, and contractors.
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate opportunity forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering/proposal teams to craft competitive solutions.
• Lead discovery discussions on water quality, treatment goals, and regulatory needs.
• Present Chart Water technologies at meetings, webinars, and industry events.
• Support pricing, contracts, and project handoff to delivery teams.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and regulatory developments.
• Develop partnerships with manufacturers, reps, and channel partners.
