Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Sales Manager-Water Treatment to drive revenue growth in municipal and industrial water markets. You will develop territory strategies, manage key relationships, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver technically sound solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical sales for capital equipment, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and will travel up to 50% within the U.S. This role is remote with home-office flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within water treatment.
• Proven success growing territory revenue and managing accounts.
• Experience selling capital equipment and engineered systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Drive new business in municipal, industrial, and private utilities.
• Own goals, bookings, and pipeline development with CRM updates.
• Build relationships with engineers, utilities, EPC firms, and regulators.
• Forecast opportunities and contribute to pricing and proposals.
